Razvozhayev had served as the acting Head of the Republic of Khakassia from October 3 to November 15, 2018. He also worked as the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs from October 1, 2014 to October 3, 2018. He also served as the head of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian Popular Front, member of the Central Head of ONF from December 17, 2018 to July 11, 2019.

She has lived as member of the Greek diaspora in France since 1981 or earlier, having originally left Greece, in order to be reunited with her family, as a fifteen-year-old in 1969. Her family's emigration the previous year had come in the context of the widespread political persecution that followed the Coup d'état of 21 April 1967, which had seen a far-right military junta take power in Athens. Between 1969 and 1981 she grew up with her parents and elder brother in Liege.

In 2014 he went into hiding and as of 2016 issued statements denouncing the Russian-backed separatist groups.
