Adolf II of Lotharingia (1002–1041) was count in Keldachgau and Vogt of Deutz, and was the son of Adolf I of Lotharingia, count in Keldachgau, Vogt of Deutz. He left two sons:

• Adolf I of Berg, count of Berg from 1077 until 1082, Vogt of Werden, Deutz, Berg and Gerresheim;
• Hermann IV (de)(b. before 1041, died 1091), count of Saffenberg and Nörvenich, Vogt of Cornelimünster und St. Martin in Cologne.

Mrinalini Devi was a translator and the wife of Nobel laureate poet, philosopher, author and musician Rabindranath Tagore. She was from the Khulna district, where her father worked at the Tagore estate. In 1883, at the age of nine or eleven, she married Tagore.

Blasius of Parma was an Italian philosopher, mathematician and astrologer. He popularised English and French philosophical work in Italy, where he associated both with scholastics and with early Renaissance humanists.

Pánfilo de Narváez was a Spanish conquistador and soldier in the Americas. Born in Spain, he first embarked to Jamaica in 1510 as a soldier. He came to participate in the conquest of Cuba and led an expedition to Camagüey escorting Bartolomé de las Casas.

Walfrid, or Galfrido della Gherardesca, was an eighth-century saint from Pisa, Italy.
