Vanderlan Vieira Cardoso is a Brazilian businessman and politician. He was mayor of Senador Canedo (2005–2010). Cardoso ran the government of Goiás in 2010 and 2014 and mayor of Goiânia in 2016. Was defeated by Iris Rezende (MDB) in the second round.

Liane Moriarty is an Australian author. She has written eight novels, including the New York Times best seller Big Little Lies, which was adapted into a television series for HBO.

Enzo Staiola is an Italian actor best known for playing, at the age of nine, the role of Bruno Ricci in Vittorio De Sica's neorealist 1948 film Bicycle Thieves. He appeared in several other films including, in 1954, the American-produced The Barefoot Contessa with Humphrey Bogart. As an adult he became a mathematics teacher.

Vadim Panov is a Russian fantasy and science-fiction writer. He is the author of the seriesTainy gorod [The Secret City], which has been translated into English, as well as the series Anklavy [Enclaves], and Club Moscow.
