Nick Lucena is an American professional beach volleyball player. He and his current teammate, Phil Dalhausser, played in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. He plays as a defender behind Dalhausser's block.

Mary Jobe Akeley was an American explorer, author, mountaineer, and photographer. She undertook expeditions in the Canadian Rockies and in the Belgian Congo. She worked at the American Museum of Natural History creating exhibits featuring taxidermy animals in realistic natural settings. She worked on behalf of conservation efforts, including being one of the first advocates for the creation of game preserves. She also founded Camp Mystic, an outdoor camp for girls.

Michael P. Bolsinger is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Toronto Blue Jays and for the Chiba Lotte Marines of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).
