Ferruccio Lantini (1886–1958) was one of the leading figures in the Fascist Italy. He was a member of the National Fascist Party and served as the minister of corporations between 1936 and 1939 in the cabinet of Benito Mussolini.

Édouard Henri Jean Bonnefous was a French politician. Before World War II (1939–45) he was active in the study of international affairs. After the war he was elected a deputy on the Rally of Left Republicans platform in 1946, and remained a deputy until 1958. He served as a minister in several cabinets, and was also active in the Council of Europe. He was a strong advocate of greater European integration. From 1959 to 1986 he was a member of the Senate, where he became a critic of General de Gaulle, and an advocate of protection of the environment.

Achille Majeroni was an Italian film actor. He appeared in 73 films between 1913 and 1964. He was born in Syracuse, Sicily and died in Rome.

Captain Valentine Henry Baker MC AFC, nicknamed "Bake", served in all three of the British Armed Forces during the First World War. After the war he became a civilian flight instructor, and co-founder of the Martin-Baker Aircraft Company. He was the father of novelist Denys Val Baker.

Gordon Warnecke is a British actor of Indo-Guyanese and German descent. He may be best known for his role as Omar in the 1985 film My Beautiful Laundrette, co-starring as the lover of Johnny. Other film credits include Franco Zeffirelli's Young Toscanini and Hanif Kureishi's London Kills Me.
