Charles Robert Cockerell
Charles Robert Cockerell was an English architect, archaeologist, and writer. He studied architecture under Robert Smirke. He went on an extended Grand Tour lasting seven years, mainly spent in Greece. He was involved in major archaeological discoveries while in Greece. On returning to London he set up a successful architectural practise. Appointed Professor of Architecture at the Royal Academy of Arts he served in that position between 1839 and 1859. He wrote many articles and books on both archaeology and architecture. In 1848 he became the first recipient of the Royal Gold Medal.

Philip Rubens (1574–1611), was an antiquarian, librarian and philologist from the Low Countries. His younger brother was the painter Peter Paul Rubens.
Alvis Hermanis
Alvis Hermanis is a Latvian theatre director, set designer and actor. Since 1997 he works at the New Riga Theatre. Hermanis was one of the establishers of the theatre in 1992 and since 1997 has worked as the artistic director of the theatre. His style of direction is often associated with postdramatic theatre.

Liam Tuohy
Liam Tuohy was an Irish footballer and manager. During the 1950s and 1960s, Tuohy played as an outside left for Shamrock Rovers, Newcastle United, and the Republic of Ireland. In 1959, while playing for Ireland, Tuohy scored the first ever goal in the history of the European Championship. After retiring as a player, Tuohy became a coach and managed several clubs in the League of Ireland including Shamrock Rovers, Dundalk, and Shelbourne.
