Julius Munyelele Indongo is a Namibian professional boxer. He is a former unified light-welterweight world champion, having held the WBA (Unified), IBF, and IBO titles between 2016 and 2017. As an amateur, Indongo represented Namibia at the 2008 Olympics, reaching the first round of the lightweight bracket.

Jacques Burger is a retired Namibian rugby union loose forward who finished his career at Saracens in the Aviva Premiership.

Tippi Benjamine Okanti Degré is a French woman best known for spending her youth in Namibia among wild animals and tribes people. In 1997, she was the protagonist of Le Monde selon Tippi, filmed in Namibia and Botswana. When she was 10, Tippi wrote Tippi My Book of Africa. In 2002–03, she was the presenter of Around the World with Tippi, six wildlife and environmental TV documentaries.

Elias Michael Pienaar is a Namibian footballer for Carara Kicks in the South African National First Division.

Gaby Diana Ahrens is a Namibian sport shooter. She competed at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's trap event.

Utoni Daniel Nujoma is a Namibian politician who serves as Minister of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation since March 2020. He has served in various government ministerial positions in the government since 2010.

Rolf von Goth was a film actor from Windhoek in German Southwest Africa who settled and worked in Germany. After appearing in minor roles in several silent films such as Metropolis (1927) von Goth emerged as a prominent actor in the late 1920s. During the early 1930s he played a mixture of leading and supporting roles in films such as Once There Was a Waltz and A Shot at Dawn (1932) but his appearances began to decline during the Nazi era. By the outbreak of the Second World War he had almost entirely retired from film. von Goth switched to become a director of radio shows, becoming extremely successful in the format during the post-war years. He was married to the actress Karin Hardt.
