Omar Kareem Naber is a Slovenian singer, songwriter and guitar player. He first represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kyiv with the song "Stop" and for a second time at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv with the song "On My Way", but failed to qualify to the final on both occasions.

Gorazd Štangelj is a Slovenian former professional road bicycle racer, who raced as a professional between 1997 and 2011. He currently works as a directeur sportif for UCI WorldTeam Team Bahrain Victorious.

Marko Kump is a Slovenian former professional cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2020 for the Geox–TMC, Tinkoff–Saxo, UAE Team Emirates and CCC–Sprandi–Polkowice teams, as well as four separate spells with the Adria Mobil team. He now works a directeur sportif for the Adria Mobil team, a UCI Continental team.

Bishop Metod Pirih was a Slovenian Roman Catholic prelate who served as the second Bishop of the Diocese of Koper from 16 April 1987 until his retirement on 26 May 2012. Before he was a Coadjutor Bishop of the same Diocese since 25 March 1985 until 16 April 1987.
