Irina Amalie Andersen is a Danish badminton player. Born in Roskilde, Andersen trained at the Lillerød badminton club. She made her international debut in 2013, later entered the Badminton Europe Centre of Excellence (CoE) in May 2019. At the 2016 Finnish International tournament, she claimed two titles after won the women's singles and doubles events.

Sophus Mads Jørgensen
Sophus Mads Jørgensen was a Danish chemist. He is considered one of the founders of coordination chemistry, and is known for the debates which he had with Alfred Werner during 1893-1899. While Jørgensen's theories on coordination chemistry were ultimately proven to be incorrect, his experimental work provided much of the basis for Werner's theories. Jørgensen also made major contributions to the chemistry of platinum and rhodium compounds.

Lars Jørgen Madsen
Lars Jørgen Madsen was a Danish rifle shooter who competed in the early 20th century in rifle shooting. He participated in Shooting at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won a gold medal in the Military Rifle standing. Twenty years later, he won another gold, in the Military Rifle Team event. He was one of only 3 Danish competitors to win five Olympic medals. He also competed at the 1908, 1912 and 1924 Summer Olympics.
