David William Feherty is a former professional golfer and current golf broadcaster. As a touring professional he won five European Tour events, seriously competed at the Open Championship twice, and played on Europe's 1991 Ryder Cup team. Late in his career he joined the PGA Tour. Since retiring, he has worked as a television personality; from 1997 through 2015 Feherty served as an on-course reporter for the PGA Tour on CBS. In 2011, he introduced a self-titled interview series on Golf Channel and subsequently joined NBC Sports full-time in 2016.

Roma Downey is an actress, producer, and author from Derry, Northern Ireland. She produced the mini-series The Bible for the History Channel and also starred in it as Mary, mother of Jesus. For nine seasons she played Monica, the tender-hearted angel and employee of Tess, on the CBS television series Touched by an Angel, for which she earned multiple Emmy and Golden Globe Best Actress nominations. She has performed on stage with the Abbey Theatre and has appeared both on and off Broadway. She played the leading role of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the miniseries A Woman Named Jackie for NBC.

Graeme McDowell MBE is a professional golfer from Northern Ireland who plays on both the PGA Tour and European Tour. He is well known for winning the 2010 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, where he ended a 40-year drought for Europeans at the tournament.

Mary Winifred Gloria Hunniford, OBE is a Northern Irish television and radio presenter on programmes on the BBC and ITV, such as Rip Off Britain, and her regular appearances as a panellist on Loose Women. She has been a regular reporter on This Morning and The One Show.

Susan Lynch is a Northern Irish actress. A three-time IFTA Award winner, she also won the British Independent Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for the 2003 film 16 Years of Alcohol. Her other film appearances include Waking Ned (1998), Nora (2000), Beautiful Creatures (2000), and From Hell (2001). In 2020, she was listed as number 42 on The Irish Times list of Ireland's greatest film actors.

Jason Smyth is an Irish sprint runner. He competes in the T13 disability sport classification as he is legally blind, with his central vision being affected by Stargardt's disease; he also competes in elite non-Paralympic competition. As of July 2014, Smyth holds T13 World records in the 100m and 200m events. He was selected to represent Northern Ireland at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Deterioration in his vision meant that he was reassigned to the T12 classification in 2014, but he was subsequently reclassified back to T13 in 2015. He is a member of Derry Track Club

Paul Jonathan Givan is a Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) politician from Northern Ireland who is the First Minister-Designate of Northern Ireland.

Brian O'Nolan, better known by his pen name Flann O'Brien, was an Irish civil service official, novelist, playwright and satirist, who is now considered a major figure in twentieth century Irish literature. Born in Strabane, County Tyrone, he is regarded as a key figure in modernist and postmodern literature. His English language novels, such as At Swim-Two-Birds and The Third Policeman, were written under the O’Brien pen name. His many satirical columns in The Irish Times and an Irish language novel An Béal Bocht were written under the name Myles na gCopaleen.

Norman Whiteside is a former Northern Ireland international footballer who played in two World Cups. He played both as a midfielder and as a striker.

Paul Robert Stirling is an Irish cricketer. Considered one of the best batsmen to play for Ireland, Stirling is the opening batsman for the Ireland cricket team and an occasional right arm off break bowler. He is one of the top 10 run scorers in T20 internationals. He was one of the eleven cricketers to play in Ireland's first ever Test match, against Pakistan, in May 2018. He was appointed as the vice-captain of the Ireland team in June 2020.
