Egidijus Kavaliauskas is a Lithuanian professional boxer who challenged for the WBO welterweight title in 2019. At regional level, he held the WBC-NABF welterweight title from 2017 to 2019 and the WBO Inter-Continental welterweight title in 2018. As an amateur, he represented Lithuania at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games, and won a bronze medal at the 2011 World Championships.

Šarūnas "Šaras" Jasikevičius is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach and former player. He currently serves as a head coach for FC Barcelona of the Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. During his playing career, standing at a height of 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) tall, he played at the point guard position.

Bernard Lown is the original developer of the direct current defibrillator and the cardioverter. He was also the member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 2009 to 2014.

Joseph Harmatz was a Lithuanian-born Jew who fought as a partisan fighter during World War II.
