Sukumar Sen was an Indian civil servant who was the first Chief Election Commissioner of India, serving from 21 March 1950 to 19 December 1958. Under his leadership, the Election Commission successfully administered and oversaw independent India's first two general elections, in 1951–52 and in 1957. He also served as first Chief Election Commissioner in Sudan.

She is the first Pakistani to have reached both the North Pole and the South Pole. Salim is the only Pakistani among the first 100 aspiring space tourists to purchase a ticket for Virgin Galactic's future commercial space liner.

Vladimir Plahotniuc is a Moldovan politician, businessman and philanthropist. He was the chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova and previously was member of the Parliament of Moldova in three terms, and served as First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Moldova. Until leaving the territory of the Republic of Moldova in 2019, he was considered to be the powerhouse of Moldovan politics in matters of influence, controlling Moldova's government and parliamentary majority. Plahotniuc currently resides in Turkey after having fled Moldova in June 2019.
