Francesco Bellotti is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI ProTour team Liquigas.

Marco Zanotti is a road bicycle racer from Italy, who was a professional rider from 1997 to 2008, with the exception of the year 1999. Zanotti most recently rodes for the UCI Professional Continental team Preti Mangimi.

Angelo Solimena was an Italian painter, father of the better known Francesco Solimena.

Andrea Angiolino is a game designer. Among his last boardgames, Dragon Ball - Alla ricerca delle sette sfere, Ulysses, Wings of War, Battlestar Galactica: Starship Battles, Isla Dorada, and the card game Obscura Tempora. He wrote several role-playing games: among them Orlando Furioso, written with Gianluca Meluzzi, published by the City Council of Rome to be distributed in schools and public libraries. He also created games for radio and TV, magazines, training, advertising, festivals and shows.

Amedeo di Saluzzo was a cardinal during the Western Schism. He was born as the second son of Frederick II, Marquess of Saluzzo and Beatrice of Geneva. He was nephew of Avignon Pope Clement VII on his mother's side. Saluzzo was appointed as Bishop of Valence and Die at 4 November 1383. In less than two months he was elevated as a cardinal-nephew by Clement VII, becoming Cardinal-Deacon of Santa Maria Nuova. In 1403 he was appointed as Camerlengo of the Sacred College of Cardinals. He abandoned Antipope Benedict XIII after having been deposed by him on 21 October 1408. Then Saluzzo participated in the Council of Pisa, which elected Alexander V as pope. He also campaigned for the Council of Constance, and there, he attended the conclave of Pope Martin V. After the end of the Western Schism, Saluzzo kept his position as Camerlengo until his death in 1419.

Aldo Bini was an Italian road bicycle racer. He won several one-day races, as well as four stages of Giro d'Italia in 1936–1937. He placed second at the 1936 World Championships and 48th in the 1938 Tour de France.

Raffaele "Ralph" De Palma was an Italian-American racecar driving champion who won the 1915 Indianapolis 500. His entry at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame estimates that he won about 2,000 races. DePalma won the 1908, 1909, 1910, and 1911 American AAA national dirt track championships and is credited with winning 24 American Champ car races. He won the Canadian national championship in 1929. DePalma estimated that he had earned $1.5 million by 1934 after racing for 27 years. He is inducted in numerous halls of fame. He competed on boards and dirt road courses and ovals.
