Moiz Cohen was a Turkish writer, philosopher, and journalist. He became an ideologue of different movements at different times: Ottomanism, Pan-Turkism, and Kemalism. Born to a Jewish family, he later changed his name to Munis Tekinalp.

Wehib Pasha also known as Vehip Pasha, Mehmed Wehib Pasha, Mehmet Vehip Pasha, was a general in the Ottoman Army. He fought in the Balkan Wars and in several theatres of World War I. In his later years, he acted as a military advisor to the Ethiopian army in the Second Italo-Abyssinian War.

Mohamed Sherif Pasha GCSI (1826–1887) was an Egyptian statesman of Turkish origin. He served as Prime Minister of Egypt three times during his career. His first term was between April 7, 1879 and August 18, 1879. His second term was served from September 14, 1881 to February 4, 1882. His final term was served between August 21, 1882 and January 7, 1884.

İsmail Hakkı Okday (1881–1977) was an Ottoman military commander, who participated in the First Balkan War.

Halil Rifat Pasha was an Ottoman statesman of probable Albanian descent and a Grand Vizier for six years between 1895 until his death in 1901, during the reign of Abdul Hamid II.
