Doug Anthony Hutchison is an American character actor, known for playing disturbing and antagonistic characters. Such characters include Obie Jameson in the 1988 film The Chocolate War, Sproles in the 1988 film Fresh Horses, the sadistic corrections officer Percy Wetmore in the 1999 film adaptation of the Stephen King novel The Green Mile, Eugene Victor Tooms on the series The X-Files, and Horace Goodspeed in Lost. He has a production company, Dark Water Inc. In 2011, at the age of 51, he received widespread criticism when he married 16-year-old singer Courtney Stodden.

Sarah McBride is an American activist and politician who is a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate since January 2021. She is currently the National Press Secretary of the Human Rights Campaign. After winning the September 15, 2020 Democratic primary in the safely-Democratic 1st Delaware State Senate district, she won in the November 2020 election. She is the first transgender state senator in the country, making her the highest-ranking transgender official in United States history.

Bryan Stevenson is an American lawyer, social justice activist, founder/executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative, and a law professor at New York University School of Law. Based in Montgomery, Alabama, Stevenson has challenged bias against the poor and minorities in the criminal justice system, especially children. He has helped achieve United States Supreme Court decisions that prohibit sentencing children under 18 to death or to life imprisonment without parole. Stevenson has assisted in cases that have saved dozens of prisoners from the death penalty, advocated for the poor, and developed community-based reform litigation aimed at improving the administration of criminal justice.

Elena Delle Donne is an American professional basketball player for the Washington Mystics of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Delle Donne played a successful college basketball career for the Delaware Blue Hens from 2009 to 2013. She was drafted by the Chicago Sky with the second overall pick of the 2013 WNBA draft, and led the Sky to the 2014 WNBA Finals, where they would be defeated by the eventual champions, the Phoenix Mercury. She would later be traded to the Washington Mystics and lead them to their first WNBA Championship in franchise history in 2019. Delle Donne has won two WNBA Most Valuable Player Awards, been selected to six all-star teams and became the first WNBA player to join the 50-40-90 club.

Donte DiVincenzo is an American professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Villanova Wildcats. He won national championships with Villanova in 2016 and 2018. He was selected with the 17th overall pick by the Bucks in the 2018 NBA draft.

Mary Ann Shadd Cary was an American-Canadian anti-slavery activist, journalist, publisher, teacher, and lawyer. She was the first black woman publisher in North America and the first woman publisher in Canada. Shadd Cary edited The Provincial Freeman, established in 1853. Published weekly in southern Ontario, it advocated equality, integration and self-education for black people in Canada and the United States.

Henry Judah Heimlich was an American thoracic surgeon and medical researcher. He is widely credited as the inventor of the Heimlich maneuver, a technique of abdominal thrusts for stopping choking, described in Emergency Medicine in 1974. He also invented the Micro Trach portable oxygen system for ambulatory patients and the Heimlich Chest Drain Valve, or "flutter valve", which drains blood and air out of the chest cavity.
