Clara Ponsatí i Obiols
Clara Ponsatí Obiols is a Catalan economist, appointed Councillor of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia by former President Carles Puigdemont on 14 July 2017. Before she was seconded to her post, she was the Head of the School of Economics and Finance at the University of St Andrews. In 2019 extradition warrants were raised to return her from Scotand to Spain where she faced a charge of sedition because of her role in the attempt to make Catalonia independent.

He represented the Cantabria constituency in the Spanish Congress of Deputies from 2000 to 2004 and the Málaga constituency from 2007 to 2011. Jordi Cuixart i Navarro
Jordi Cuixart i Navarro is a Spanish businessman and cultural activist from Catalonia. He is the president of Òmnium Cultural, a non-profit cultural organisation founded in 1961 with more than 180,000 members and 40 local branches in Catalonia. As part of his role in the pro-independence demonstrations prior to the Catalan independence referendum of 2017, he has been imprisoned since October 2017 under charge of sedition brought by the Spanish prosecutor's office. In October 2019, after two years of pre-trial detention, Cuixart was sentenced to nine years of prison for sedition. Amnesty International believes his detention and sentence constitutes a disproportionate restriction on his rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, and urges Spain to free him. The NGO Front Line Defenders and the Council of Europe consider Jordi Cuixart a human rights defender. He has repeatedly said that “as a political prisoner my priority is not getting out of prison, but the solution of the political situation and struggle for democracy and human rights”.

She played for Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA, and currently for the Spanish team Uni Girona CB and the Spain women's national basketball team. She has represented national team since EuroBasket Women 2011 competition. She won EuroLeague Women 2010–11 with Perfumerías Avenida Baloncesto. She left Spain in 2015, joining both USK Praha of the Czech League in 2015 and the Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA on 11 February 2015. In September 2018 she signed for Dynamo Kursk of the Russian Premier League., and in January 2020 she returned to her youth club Uni Girona CB.
