André Antoine is a Belgian politician, minister and mayor. He has been a member of the francophone cdH since 1980. He was elected to the presidency of the Wallon parliament on 22 July 2014.

Eddy Schepers is a Belgian former professional cyclist. He was a professional cyclist from 1978 to 1990 where he rode for many teams including C&A, Carrera and Fagor–MBK. He started out in the C&A cycling team of Belgian Eddy Merckx before riding for various teams. He competed in the individual road race event at the 1976 Summer Olympics.

Sammie Moreels is a Belgian former professional racing cyclist. He rode in three editions of the Tour de France.

Roger Ilegems is a retired track cyclist and road bicycle racer from Belgium, who was a professional rider from 1984 to 1991. He represented his native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, where he won the gold medal in the men's points race.

Siegfried Theofiel Hortense Bracke is a former Belgian politician and is affiliated to the N-VA. He was elected as a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives in 2010. Bracke was born in Ghent. Before his political career he had a long career as a journalist, working for the VRT, hosting various politics-related shows such as Villa Politica and Bracke en Crabbé. He is a supporter of Orangism. After the elections in 2019 he ended his political career.

Peter Mertens is a Belgian sociologist, author and politician who has led the Workers' Party of Belgium since 2008. He has also served as a member of the Chamber of Representatives since 2019, and a municipal councilor in Antwerp since 2013.
