Aysel Teymurzadeh is an Azerbaijani pop and R&B singer.

Hamlet Abdulla oglu Isayev is an Azerbaijani mathematician, historian of science and culture, writer, living founder of Khazar University who served as founding president from April 1991 to September 2010. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Khazar University ; founder of integrated primary, secondary and high schools ; and founder of a publishing house as well as a translator of poetry, lecturer, and editor.

Qara Elxan oğlu Qarayev is an Azerbaijani professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ and the Azerbaijan national team. He has been twice selected as the footballer of the year in Azerbaijan in 2014 and 2020.

Safura Alizadeh is an Azerbaijani former singer. Aliyeva took part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, where she brought Azerbaijan on 5th place, with the song "Drip Drop". She later released her debut album, It's My War, which made its way into several European countries. Her second debut single "March On" was released in September.

Elkhan Mammadov is an Azerbaijani judoka.

Vladimir Arzumanyan is an Armenian singer. He represented Armenia in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the entry Mama (Մամա). In the final Vladimir won, becoming the first Armenian singer to have won in a Eurovision event. The song was produced by Canadian-Armenian music producer DerHova. Ten years later in 2020, he competed in the 2020 edition of Depi Evratesil, the Armenian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest.
