Vicente Fidel López was an Argentine historian, lawyer and politician. He was a son of writer and politician Vicente López y Planes.

Landry Fernand Charles Marrier de Lagatinerie, known professionally as Gérard Landry, was an Argentinian actor. He began acting in 1932 with his first movie Mirages de Paris, acted for over fifty years and has been in over ninety films. Landry also starred in Les Trottoirs de Bangkok, a film from French director Jean Rollin.

María de los Remedios de Escalada y La Quintana -commonly known as Remedios de Escalada- was the wife of the leader of the Argentine War of Independence, General José de San Martín.

He is the son of José Ramón Palacio, a historic player of Club Olimpo during the 1980s. Palacio holds a Spanish passport, allowing him to be counted as an EU player. At international level, Palacio has represented the Argentina national team at two FIFA World Cups and a Copa América, winning runner-up medals at the 2014 World Cup and the 2007 Copa América.
