Michel Guyard was a French Catholic bishop. He served as Bishop of Le Havre from 2003 to 2011.

Hans Peter Bull is a German constitutional lawyer and jurist. He served between 1978-1985 as West Germany's first Federal Commissioner for Data Protection. It was widely believed that he was appointed at the eleventh hour only after the anticipated appointee, Spiros Simitis, had turned the job down because previously agreed levels of resourcing were dramatically cut at the last minute. Bull took on the job in an atmosphere of continuing scepticism over the levels of government commitment to data protection and Information Technology legislation more generally.

Klaus Hänel was a German footballer who played as a winger or midfielder for Werder Bremen. With Werder Bremen he won the Bundesliga in the 1964–65 season. He made his last Bundesliga appearance on 13 January 1968 against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Leo Sterckx is a former Belgian cyclist. He competed for Belgium at the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the individual sprint event where he finished in second place.
