Jeff Rich is an English rock drummer, best known as a former drummer for the English rock band Status Quo. He attended school in Hackney at Upton House Comprehensive, and whilst there he appeared in the opera Tosca at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.

He served as the governor of Maluku province for the 2014–2019 term, having been elected to the office immediately after his tenure as the vice governor. Under his administration, efforts were taken to promote the province as a tourism hub.

Syarifudin Tippe was a high-ranking Indonesian army general. He was Commander of the Teuku Umar Military Resort from 1999 until 2002, Commander of the Sriwijaya Regional Military Command from 2006 until 2010, and was Rector of the Defence University from 2011 until his retirement in 2012.
