Majid Majidi is an Iranian film director, producer, and screenwriter, who started his film career as an actor. In his films, Majidi has touched on many themes and genres and has won numerous international awards.

Yevhen Alfredovych Chervonenko is a Ukrainian politician and racing driver. He was governor of Zaporizhzhia Oblast from 2005 to 2007. Chervonenko previously served as Minister of Transportation and Communication in 2005. Member of Ukrainian parliament of the 4th convocation (2002–2005). He is of Jewish descent.

Jean Gregoire Sagbo is a Beninese-born Russian real estate agent and politician. His position is councilor of Novozavidovo in Konakovsky District, Tver Oblast. Sagbo is the first Russian of African descent, or Afro-Russian, to have been elected to a local council in the Russian Federation. He has been referred to as "Russia's Obama".

Peter Mullan is a Scottish actor and filmmaker. He is best known for his role in Ken Loach's My Name Is Joe (1998), for which he won Best Actor Award at 1998 Cannes Film Festival, and The Claim (2000). With his father Michel Lorain, he was rated 19.5/20 in the Gault et Millau and had three stars at the Guide Michelin from 1986 to 2001 and from 2004 to 2015. He has two Michelin stars since 2015.

Daniel Xuereb is a former football striker from France, who earned eight international caps for the French national team during the 1980s. A player of RC Lens (1981–1986), he was a member of the French team in the 1986 FIFA World Cup, after having won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, scoring in the gold medal game itself.
