Kennedy Wong
Kennedy Wong Ying-ho BBS, JP is a Hong Kong solicitor. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. He was also the member of the Provisional Legislative Council which existed from 1996 to 98 and councillor of the Hong Kong Baptist University. He was the part-time member of the government's Central Policy Unit from 2002 to 2004 and the member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee.

Kotaro Tamura was a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, and a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (2002–2010). He was a member of Prime Minister Abe's government, serving as his Parliamentary Secretary in the Cabinet Office of Economic and Fiscal Policy, where he worked toward opening up Japanese businesses to foreign investment. A native of Tottori, he received his BA from Waseda University, his MBA from Keio University, his MA from Yale, and his LLM from Duke Law School.
