Hiroyuki Hosoda is a Japanese politician who has served as a member of the House of Representatives since 1990, as Chief Cabinet Secretary in Junichiro Koizumi's Cabinet from 2004 to 2005, as Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party from 2008 to 2009, and as head of the party's most powerful parliamentary faction since 2012.
