Yevhen Balytskyi
Yevgeny Vitalyevich Balitsky is a Ukrainian and Russian politician and entrepreneur currently serving as the Russian-installed Governor of Zaporizhzhia Oblast since 9 May 2022. Balitsky previously served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 7th and 8th convocations of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as a member of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Council.
