Vladimir Lukin
Senator Vladimir Petrovich Lukin sometimes Lokin is a Russian politician who served as Human Rights Commissioner of Russia from February 2004 to March 2014. He is the President of the Russian Paralympic Committee. He was the Russian Ambassador to the United States from 1992 to 1994.
