Vitaly Markovich Primakov
Vitaliy Markovich Primakov was a Soviet military leader and revolutionary, commander of the Red Cossacks corps, and part of the Red Army. He was a close friend of Kotsiubynsky family and a son-in-law of Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky.
