Vicky Hartzler
Vicky Jo Hartzler is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 4th congressional district since 2011, after defeating then-House Armed Services Committee Chairman Ike Skelton. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served as the Missouri State Representative for the 124th district from 1995 to 2000.
