Vasif Talibov
Vasif Talibov is the current chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan, an autonomous exclave of Azerbaijan. He is considered the de facto authoritarian ruler of the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic. Talibov is related by marriage to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
