Rustam Muradov
Rustam Usmanovich Muradov is a Russian military officer, serving as the lieutenant general in the Russian Armed Forces. He is the Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District since December 2018. He was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation in 2017.
