Rodrigo Felinto Ibarra Epitácio Maia is a Brazilian politician who has been the President of the Chamber of Deputies of Brazil since July 2016. Maia is the son of former Rio de Janeiro Mayor Cesar Maia and he is in his fifth term as congressman.
