Richard Carapaz
Richard Antonio Carapaz Montenegro is an Ecuadorian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers. He was Ecuador's first European-based professional cyclist. In June 2019, Carapaz won the 2019 Giro d'Italia, becoming the first Ecuadorian rider to win the race. He is nicknamed "La Locomotora".
