Pavel Kolobkov
Pavel Anatolyevich Kolobkov is a retired Russian épée fencer. He won one gold, two silver and three bronze medals at five Olympic Games from 1988 to 2004. He served as the Minister of Sport in the Russian government from 2016 to 2020. He also previously served as the Deputy Minister of Sport as well Deputy Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy.
