Osório Claudio Bebber, O.F.M. Cap., was a Brazilian Roman Catholic prelate. He served as the second Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tubarão from 1981 to 1992, the Territorial Prelate of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Coxim from 1992 to 1999, and the second Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joaçaba from 1999 until his retirement in April 2003. He remained Bishop Emeritus of Joaçaba until his death in August 2021.
