Nurlan Nigmatulin
Nurlan Nigmatulin is a Kazakh politician who's serving as the Chair of the Mazhilis since 22 June 2016. Prior to that, he served as the head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, first deputy of Nur Otan from 2009 to 2012, and akim of Karaganda Region from 2006 to 2009.
