Maximilian Holnstein
Count Maximilian Carl Theodor von Holnstein aus Bayern was a German nobleman who was a playmate of princes Ludwig and Otto, and friend of Ludwig on his accession as Ludwig II. Count Maximilian brought Ludwig's "Kaiserbrief" to Otto von Bismarck.
