Maxim Topilin
Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin is a Russian economist. From May 2012 to January 2020 he served as the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation. From January 2020 till February 2021 he was a head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
