Madhulika Rawat, also known as Madhulika Raje Singh, was an Indian social worker and the president of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA). She worked for the well-being of the wives, children and dependents of Army personnel. She was the wife of India's first Chief of Defense Staff Bipin Rawat. Rawat worked towards empowering army wives by teaching them life skills and prompting them to take courses, making them financially independent. She was also involved in other NGOs and welfare associations like Veer Naris which helps widows of military personnel, differently-abled children and cancer patients.
