Luis Maira
Luis Osvaldo Maira Aguirre is a Chilean politician and lawyer who served as deputy –during the Popular Unity– and as minister of State under Eduardo Frei Ruíz-Tagle's government. Similarly, he served as ambassador in Mexico and Argentina.
