Lester Lionel Wolff was an American politician who served as a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. He also held the position of president of the International Trade and Development Agency. In 2014, Wolff accepted the Congressional Gold Medal, the highest civilian award in the United States, on behalf of the World War II members of the Civil Air Patrol.
