Kamil Okyay Sındır is a Turkish politician who has served as the General Secretary of the Republican People's Party (CHP) since 24 January 2016. He has been a Member of Parliament for İzmir's second electoral district since 7 June 2015, having been elected in the June 2015 general election and re-elected in the November 2015 election. Between 2009 and 2014, he served as the Mayor of Bornova, a district in metropolitan İzmir.
