Jorge Moragas
Jorge Moragas Sánchez is a Spanish politician and diplomat. Married and father of two daughters, he was Chief of Staff of the Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, served as the Spain Ambassador to the UN. and is currently the Ambassador to the Philippines since 21 September 2018.
