Jagat Narain Lal
Jagat Narain Lal was a freedom fighter who played an influential role in the making of modern Bihar. As a member of the Indian National Congress and of the Constituent Assembly, he was a significant contributor to the debates and issues that chartered the course of the Indian independence. Apart from being one of the foremost leaders of the Congress in Bihar, his association with the All India Hindu Mahasabha makes him a very important figure of India’s nationalist history.
