Hasip Kaplan
Hasip Kaplan I(born 1 January 1954, Harapseref, Sirnak, Turkey) a Turkish politician of Kurdish origin and former member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for several parties, in 2015 he represented the Peoples Democratic Party (HDP) in the Turkish Parliament.
