As of 12 March 2021, the GRG lists the oldest living American as Hester Ford, aged 115 years, 209 days. The longest-lived person ever from the United States was Sarah Knauss, of Hollywood, Pennsylvania, who died on December 30, 1999, aged 119 years, 97 days.
