Fábio Duca Gurgel do Amaral is a 4-time World Jiu-Jitsu Champion (1996–2001). He has been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) since the age of 13 and received his black belt at the age of 19 from Romero "Jacaré" Cavalcanti. Along with Cavalcanti he is co-founder of the Alliance Jiu Jitsu Team.
