E. Roger Mitchell
E. Roger Mitchell is an American actor in the United States. He is African-American and has had several major roles, including as Chaff in Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), on One Tree Hill, Paul on The Walking Dead, and in the television police drama series The Shield. He plays Carlton Pettiway on The Quad. He plays Detective Sergeant Morris in American Woman (2018).
