Eşref Uğur Yiğit
Eşref Uğur Yiğit is a Turkish admiral. He was commander-in-chief of the Turkish Navy from 30 August 2009 to 29 July 2011. He is a holder of the Turkish Armed Forces Medal of Distinguished Service.
