Dorothy Helen Ruth Pirone was the biological daughter of Babe Ruth and his mistress Juanita Jennings. She was adopted by Babe and his first wife Helen Woodford Ruth of Boston Massachusetts. She wrote a memoir of her father, titled My Dad, the Babe.
