Dmitry Bulgakov
Dmitry Vitalyevich Bulgakov is a Russian military leader, a specialist in the field of logistic support of the armed forces. He was Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation from 2 December 2008. He was an army general as of 2011, and was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation in 2016.
